Fibralex® Translucent Roofing and Cladding Sheet

Fibralex®, is a tough, durable corrugated translucent fibreglass roofing sheet manufactured to exacting quality standards using highly transparent UV stable resin. It is designed for use as a roofing sheet and for cladding buildings. Special double skinned roof lights are also available.

Fibralex® roofing and cladding sheet is used in a multitude of applications, each of which has to meet specific requirements of light transmission, colour, fire resistance, impact performance, profile shape, sheet length and not least cost.

There are more than 150 different ribbed and corrugated profile shapes available, many of which are designed to match steel, aluminium and fibre cement sheet profiles.

Sheet can be ordered to any length up to a maximum of 12m

The continuous laminating process is controlled to exacting standards and incorporates a 120μm gel coat on both faces of the sheet for maximum weather and UV resistance. The sheet is available both as a translucent sheet, which is either colourless or one of a range of colour tints or as a semi-opaque sheet in a range of different colours.

The sheet is available from 0.8mm to 3mm thick with 1.0mm, 1.3mm and 1.7mm being the most popular thicknesses.

Fibralex® is available in standard or fire retardant resin meeting the French reaction to fire standard NFP92-501 to grades M1 and M4. In a fire the sheet will not drip or melt

Fibraclad® -Fibreglass Roofing and Cladding for Corrosive Environments

Fibraclad® is a fibreglass roofing and cladding sheet designed for is use in industrial buildings and for covering tanks and sewage treatment facilities where corrosive chemical may be present. It incorporates a corrosion and UV resistant gel coat barrier on both faces to give a tough, durable product with proven long term performance in aggressive environments.

Fibraclad® grp sheets are available in 3 standard thicknesses, 1.3mm, 1.5mm and 1.7mm and two types of profile- corrugated or ribbed.

The corrosion resistant gel coat gives Fibraclad® a smooth surface finish and is available in a range of standard colours.
